Job Title: Graduate Accountant
Salary: up to £28K (dependent on experience)

Morgan Mckinley is excited to be partnering on a newly created role based near St Neots. Currently we are supporting one of the UKs largest food suppliers who connect with market leading retailers. The business is in an impressive growth stage and are now looking to recruit a Graduate Accountant to join the team. Your Role and Responsibilities:

• You will start by learning how to build, analyse and present the weekly P&L.
• Learn how to prepare, analyse and report financial reports to support business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and audit requirements.
• Monitor and report on overhead spend and operational performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial deadlines and requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across payroll, operations, and finance.

What You'll Need:

• Recently graduated in Finance or similar degree.
• Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail.
• A naturally curious and analytical mindset.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise time-sensitive tasks.
• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• The business will also consider a candidate who is studying AAT/ ACCA/ CIMA
