Salary: Starting at £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Halcyon Care Northwest is thrilled to partner with a local company that excels in assisted living, care homes, hospitals, and respite services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of care staff, including responsibilities for recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards, maintaining our "Good" or "Outstanding" rating.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Drive business growth through effective management and service delivery.
- Monitor and manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Coordinate personal care, emotional support, food preparation, medication administration, and domestic tasks across various care settings, including assisted living, care homes, and respite care.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager role or similar position within the care sector.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it).
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
