Are you a passionate and dedicated primary school teacher seeking a rewarding opportunity? A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Rushden, Northamptonshire, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis starting after the Easter holidays.

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver the national curriculum to a class of Year 1 pupils.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the academic and personal development of pupils.

• Located in the heart of Rushden, Northamptonshire.
• Recognised by Ofsted as a 'Good' school for its commitment to student development and community values.
• Offers a nurturing and inclusive environment for both staff and pupils.
• Equipped with excellent resources to support creative and innovative teaching practices.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably Year 1.
• Demonstrates a passion for teaching and learning with strong classroom management skills.
• Is committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning experience for all students.
• Is a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
