We have an opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Basingstoke.

This is a full time permanent role with a mix of home and office working.  

The starting salary is £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.

The Role:

As a Payroll Coordinator you'll be part of our payroll team making sure that all of our colleagues are paid accurately and on time. You'll be administering monthly payroll, weekly expenses, pension schemes including automatic enrolment and processing benefits.

This is a busy role where you'll be working with other teams to update and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for:
•    It is essential that you have payroll experience, ideally in a similar role
•    A knowledge and understanding of current payroll legislation, including statutory payments and deductions. 
•    A working knowledge of Accord and Cascade or the ability to adapt to different systems
•    You'll be helping colleagues with some complex queries, so you'll need great communication skills
•    Superb attention to detail
•    The ability to connect and communicate with colleagues across the business at various levels

If you have a payroll qualification such as CIPP this would be beneficial but is not essential.
