This is an opportunity for an experienced Protection specialist, whether than be advisor or manager, to grown, develop and run a newly created Protection arm of an already established Insurance firm
  
The foundations are in place for this to be set up, however, there is a need for an individual to make this their own, adding their own preferred processes and using their experience to ensure that the department will run effectively and profitable.
  
Initially, there will be a requirement to act as the lead Protection Adviser, leading by example and building the network for others to benefit from in the future. There will be a view to hire more staff around them by the end of the first 12 months when this is established.
  
The sky is the limit with this opportunity, and the right individual will likely be at Director level within a few years, becoming a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and being involved in strategic business decisions for the Protection department.
  
  
Minimum requirements:
- 3+ years Protection Advising / Management experience
- Able to commute to the Lancashire area (North of Manchester)
- Understanding of processes including lead sources, insurers, compliance, medical underwriting etc
