IT Support Engineer

This is an interesting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a well established Glasgow business as part of a very small team.

Client Details

You will be working directly with the Head of IT, you'll form a 2 person team providing IT support and delivering technology projects. In return for your skills and experience you'll receive a salary up to £35k + benefits.

Description

This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in technology and a broad range of IT skills, along with the adaptability to take ownership of support issues to conclusion.

Profile

- Experience in s similar IT Systems Support role

- Knowledge of MS O365

- Any experience or knowledge of FTP or EDI for order processing systems is desirable

- Experience of Windows Server support including (VMWare)

- Some networking skills are an advantage

- Any knowledge of Linux and open source technologies would be nice

- The ability to communicate with users at all levels within the business

- Any previous experience in an FMCG environment would be desirable

- A drivers licence and car to travel between sites (occasional)
