Responsibilities:

· Provide one-on-one support and assistance to children with Complex needs both inside and outside the classroom.

· Implement personalized learning plans and strategies designed to meet the specific needs of each student.

· Support students in developing social and communication skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

· Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective coordination and delivery of support.

· Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and participating in individualized education planning.
