Position: Sales Executive
Location: Office-Based - Bristol (Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, BS8 1HP)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission

About Us
We’re launching our new Early Years brand, Shaping Lives, and we’re looking for Sales Executives to support our growth. You’ll identify new business opportunities and drive apprenticeship starts to meet our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business and exceed apprenticeship targets.
• Ensure learner eligibility through business and account management.
• Collaborate with BDMs to generate new business and growth.
• Develop an engagement plan for apprenticeship opportunities within SMEs.
• Support BDMs in promoting apprenticeships to large corporates.
• Build strong client relationships and provide tailored apprenticeship solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and internal collaboration.
• Manage commercial arrangements during onboarding.
• Comply with GDPR and data security policies.
• Promote the welfare of children and young people.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Experience presenting to decision-makers.
• Commercial mindset with strong time and resource management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Passion for apprenticeships and making a difference.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office (CRM knowledge a plus).
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed.
