Role: Planner
Contracting Authority: Public Sector
Contract Length: Oct 25 - (Maternity cover)
Location: Remote - Occasional travel to Loughborough or Bisham Marlow would be a bonus
IR35: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: Up to £250 per day

Minimum Requirement:

• Under-graduate degree in Planning (RTPI recognised course) or post graduate degree or diploma in planning (RTPI recognised course)
• Experience of working in a local planning authority, private sector consultancy or other relevant agency in such areas as policy development, regeneration, or development.
• Previous experience of contributing to policy and strategy preparation, such as local development plan.
• Previous experience in using multiple data sets, tools and techniques to support the production of robust strategies.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply Planning Law.
• Knowledge of National Planning Policy Framework in relation to playing fields.
