Here at GXO, we’re currently looking for a General Manager to lead our M&S ambient food warehouse operation in Milton Keynes. You’ll lead a strong, growing team and be responsible for ultimately ensuring the operational and commercial success of a complex operation.
This is a full time, permanent role. Even though you'll be contracted to Monday - Friday, this is a 24/7 operation, therefore you’ll need to offer a level of flexibility in terms of working hours – no two weeks are the same, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending upon experience. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
