A tangible asset ownership, ecommerce and retail company creative and proactive Graphic Designer to join their growing team and elevate their visual identity, ensuring it resonates with their premium offerings and audience. Having recently grown massively and diversified this is a new role offering a unique opportunity to add a huge amount of value to an already thriving business.
This role is 4 days a week in the office (they are based near to Liverpool St. Station) and 1 day a week (Tuesday) the team work from home. This role is paying up to £40,000 plus good benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction & Design Execution.
- Develop and execute design concepts for social media, digital ads, blog and website assets, email campaigns, education guides, landing pages and more.
- Bring a creative flair to projects, ensuring the company’s visual identity stands out.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on label and packaging designs for new product innovations.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all designs, both internal and external, are consistent and reflective of our premium positioning.
- Create and provide templates and design solutions that empower non-designers to create on-brand assets efficiently.
- Establish streamlined workflows for design requests, ensuring faster turnaround times and improved output quality.
- Implement tools or processes to optimise design productivity, meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate strategic goals into impactful designs.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as printers or vendors, ensuring high-quality production of assets.
- Offer flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Core Requirements:
- Significant commercial graphic design experience in a Lead role, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity and innovative work.
- Experience / knowledge of luxury principles is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and Dreamweaver.
- Experience designing for a variety of formats, including digital, print, presentations, and packaging.
