Home/Field Based covering South East England-Candidate ideally located in Essex/Medway area. Reporting to an office in Brentwood, Essex

£36K-44K plus car OR car allowance, excellent pension, progression

1 Year Fixed Term Contract with possibility of becoming permanent

Are you a SHEQ or Health and Safety officer with a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, looking to work for a large, national company who straddle the construction and utilities sector?

The role will be covering a South East England patch reporting into the companies Brentwood, Essex office. A rough split will be 3 days on sites in the South East of England, 1 day in the Brentwood office and 1 day working from home. Good locations include Romford, Basildon, Brentwood, and Dartford.

This varied role will include training staff (including delivering training workshops), site visits, safety audits and incident investigation.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent home/field based position for a large national utilities company.
2. Varied SHEQ role to promote safe working culture and ensure compliance to SHEQ legislation
3. Role will be a combination of site visits, working from home and visits the companies office.

The Person

1. NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
2. Experience of working in the construction and/or utilities sector
3. H&S risk management experience
4. Experience of training/coaching/presenting to staff
5. UK driving licence is essential
