Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be a core member of the Engineering & Manufacturing team, providing oversight and leadership in our Crewe-based industrial/manufacturing facility.

Description

• Oversee daily production operations
• Maintain an optimal production schedule

Profile

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations - IOSH Managing Safely is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
