We are looking for….

A Procure 2 Pay Manager to ensure that the day-to-day Procure 2 Pay activities within the BSC (Business Service Centre) are carried out in line with defined standards.

How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm…

  • Taking ownership of business processes
  • Maintaining buying channels, including catalogue creation and updates
  • Managing supplier adoption and ongoing maintenance
  • Overseeing P2P system maintenance and administration

Essential

  • Minimum of 5-10 years working within a support organisation
  • Degree educated or equivalent direct entry to recognised appropriate professional body.
  • Organised and systematic, with excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical ability
  • Investigative and planning skills to identify what the business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively with internal and external teams and build strong relationships
  • Resilient, with the ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and conflicting deadlines
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally
  • Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Resilience, with high self confidence and the ability to challenge the norm and think creatively
  • Develops an atmosphere of confidence, respect, and trust, acts as a role model within the team, strong service and customer orientation
  • Strong ethical principles

Desirable

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Process skills; Performance Metrics, Efficiencies, Evaluation and analysis, Continuous Improvement
  • Proficient in Oracle
