We at Hays are delighted to present a role within Birmingham for our growing private-sector client looking for a new addition to their team. Due to their recent growth, they are looking to increase their financial team to assist the development of the business.
Your new role
The responsibilities of this new role include:
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Assisting the Manager with end-month tasks
- Managing the Cash Book and VAT returns
- Other ad-hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
An example of a successful application will include:
- Experience within accountancy support roles (Finance/Accounts Assistant, Ledger Clerk etc.,)
- AAT part-qualified or qualified, or a degree within Finance
- Deadline driven with an eye to detail
- "Can do" attitude due to the fast-growing nature of the business.
