Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a longstanding law firm, based in Berkshire, which is in need of a private client solicitor to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This position focuses on providing exceptional legal services in probate matters, with additional responsibilities in lasting power of attorney cases.

The role can pay an equivalent salary of £40,000 to £60,000 and this will depend on PQE and interview performance. The contract length is 12 months.

Key Responsibilities Of The Private Client Solicitor Role:

• Managing a diverse probate caseload, including estates of varying complexity.
• Advising and drafting documents related to lasting powers of attorney.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in private client law.
• Proven experience in probate and lasting power of attorney work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
