TSR Legal currently working with a prestigious law firm who have a brand new opportunity for a skilled Credit Control Manager to join their finance team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in legal credit control, particularly in the insurance sector, to take the next step in their career.

The Role
As Credit Control Manager, you’ll oversee a team of credit controllers spread across the firms offices while also acting as a key escalation point for a team globally. The role involves ensuring processes run smoothly, mentoring team members, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure prompt payments.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 8 years’ experience in legal credit control, ideally within the insurance sector
• Familiarity with Aderant or similar practice management systems.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to manage your team and engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative and inclusive attitude - they’re looking for someone who’s passionate about fostering a supportive team culture.
