Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to boys and girls with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
• Work closely with children who may have experienced trauma and/or are at risk of being trafficked.
• Support small classes of 4-6 pupils, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist children with neurodivergent traits, helping to encourage their development and well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to implement personalised support plans.

About the Role

• Start Date: Third week of January (trial days and weeks available for a smooth transition).
• Pay: £95 - £105 per day (term-time only).
• Location: Reading, Berkshire.
