Primary Responsibilities

Benefits Administration

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee, partner, and HR team inquiries regarding benefits schemes.
  • Manage routine scheme administration tasks, including onboarding new employees, processing changes, and notifying providers of leavers.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll and update the HR database accordingly.
  • Conduct benefit induction sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of benefits information.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on scheme expenditure and participation rates.
  • Coordinate with HMRC and the Accounts team as needed.
  • Oversee the administration of the firm's Holiday and Absence Tracker System.

Additional Support

  • Maintain and update policies and procedures in the staff handbook related to rewards and benefits, ensuring clear communication of changes using the most effective methods.
  • Assist in preparing and managing annual budgets.
  • Participate in HR projects, including process and system improvements, as required.
