Location: Nuneaton (Hybrid: 2 days on-site per week, you may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B).

What You'll Do

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Shape and deliver people strategies that empower our head office functions to achieve their best.
  • Culture & Transformation: Drive organisational design and embed our EPIC values—Expertise, Pioneering, Inclusive, Caring—across teams.
  • Talent Development: Build leadership capability, oversee key senior hires, and champion talent pipelines for the future.
  • Engagement & Wellbeing: Bring our people together by creating a workplace where they feel valued, inspired, and supported.
  • HR Expertise: Partner with senior leaders to provide expert guidance, ensuring data-driven decisions that align with business priorities.

What You Bring

  • HR Leadership Experience: A proven track record in a Senior HR business partnering role within a complex organisation.
  • Organisational Know-How: Expertise in culture development, organisational design, and leading transformational change.
  • People-Centric Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-Driven Thinking: Confident using HR metrics to shape strategies and influence outcomes.
  • Adaptability & Drive: A proactive, growth-focused mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
