Are you a hands-on finance professional ready to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic, growing environment? We’re partnering with a well-established property and construction group, expanding its four thriving businesses, and seeking a proactive Head of Finance to dive into day-to-day financial tasks while shaping critical processes.
About the Role In this pivotal, hands-on position, you will:

• Take charge of financial controls, implementing effective processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare year-end accounts and deliver timely management accounts, providing clarity on the financial position.
• Work directly within a high-performing, close-knit team to support and strengthen the business.

About You To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience working in an SME environment, with a background in property or construction being a strong advantage.
• Practical experience in refining financial controls and processes.
• Ideally, an accounting qualification (although not essential if you bring the right hands-on experience).
