Accounting Supervisor

NEW POSITION - We are recruiting on behalf of a well established airline for and experienced and qualifies accounts supervisor to report directly to the finance manager.

Duties will include:

- Maintaining journals and monitoring business transactions and logging financial expenditure such as receipts, expenses.

- Reports on on bank rec with internal employers and external vendors

- Resolving discrepancies

- Contacting and liaising with HMRC for tax payments and any accounts queries

- General accounts admin

- Accounts payable duties

The ideal candidate will have atleast 2 years experience working in general accounting and either have or be in the process of studying for a Chartered accountant qualification.

Working hours - office based are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm

Previous accounting experience within the airline industry also a major advantage.
