The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll join a dynamic delegate sales team, securing attendance for key annual summits. With a strong focus on new business, you'll engage potential clients through various channels while nurturing relationships through the event cycle. This includes pre-event preparation and onsite management.
 
What You'll Do

• Secure qualified delegates for annual events.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to event completion.
• Establish strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs.
• Support event operations and maintain meticulous CRM records.
• Travel to European-based summits when required.

• Previous sales experience
• Confident, outgoing, and dynamic approach.
• Resilient with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• A self-starter who thrives in a supportive, team-driven environment.

• 23-27k Base, 33-37k Uncapped OTE
