You’ll help with…

• Building awareness - assessing clients in your local community
• Coordinating schedules - This role will be scheduling appx 1,200 hr
• Delivering care - offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call
• Leadership - by inducting new starters & assessing Team training
• Upholding reputation - handling complaints & taking action
• Upholding standards - ensuring compliance with policies

You’ll need…

• A willingness to learn & develop in your new role
• >2 years of experience of a Care Coordinator
• Ability to deal with challenging & deadline driven work
• A caring & respectful attitude
• Strong communication, organisational & teamwork skills
• A responsible, dedicated & flexible work ethic
