BDM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a prestigious estate agency in Enfield. If you’re a motivated professional with a proven track record in delivering results, this opportunity offers exceptional earning potential and career growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Offering

• Basic Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 (including car allowance)
• Financial Guarantees: Up to £700/month for 5 months
• Benefits: Pension, DIS, bonuses, and commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE):
  • Year 1: £70,000
  • Year 2: £90,000

With access to whole-of-market mortgage and protection products, you’ll leverage the support of a dedicated team of introducers, a robust client database, and consistent new leads to achieve high earnings.

Role Highlights

• Lead Generation: Receive 7-10 new mortgage leads weekly from an active introducer network.
• Client Access: Utilize an existing database of over 350 clients, in addition to the high-volume Enfield property market, with over 400 properties sold monthly.
• Earnings Potential: With commission splits between 10% and 25%, and case values averaging £250+, advisors regularly earn between £750 to £1,875 per week.
• Support: Benefit from dedicated administrative assistance to streamline your workflow and maximize efficiency.
• Property Values: Work with properties valued up to £4 million, with an average value of £380k.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base.
• Manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Maximize opportunities through an extensive lead network and proactive engagement.
• Maintain compliance and uphold professional standards in all dealings.

What We’re Looking For

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• A proven track record in mortgage sales from an independent, tied, or banking background.
• Excellent knowledge of mortgage products and protection services.
• Confidence to work independently as the sole Mortgage Advisor in a high-performing branch.
• Current Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
