For this role you need to have experince in scheduling engineers, raising purchase orders and preparing quotes!

Coordinator duties:

• Planning in and scheduling works accordingly
• Validate each job to ensure all relevant information has been added
• Provide updates and/or recommendations to clients
• Update client's and internal database / portals
• Liaise with team regarding any admin duties
• Order parts from suppliers
• Write up quotes
