Creative Event Production Director

London / hybrid, £45,000 - 60,000 + BONUS

Creating a range of projects from large-scale pr stunts to immersive launch activations they are a boutique agency who offer a highly personal service, with carefully considered production from design through to delivery.

THE ROLE

The Creative Event Production Director will be responsible for the smooth running of a large number of projects and activations within the agency.  Reporting directly into the leadership team, you will lead on the day-to-day management of direct reports within your team, accountable for their performance and providing them with learning and development opportunities.  

Leading and producing large-scale projects and activations within the agency, you will get involved in:

-    The full development of creative projects from initial idea through to reality; 

O    Interpreting and responding to briefs 

O    Writing creative proposals and presentations 

O    Driving creative ideation through mood boarding /coordinating with the creative team 

O    Implementing project timelines and production scheduling 

o    Briefing and liaising with internal teams

-    Building and managing budgets 

-    Leading client relationships and nurturing accounts 

-    Contracting / negotiating with 3rd parties - includes management of SOW  

-    On-site event delivery - UK and overseas 

-    Post event evaluation of all projects (lead by the Producer)

-    Leading and inspiring the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come with at least 10 years' experience working within a creative event or experiential agency.  We are looking for experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events, knowledge of the whole production process and the ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts that exceed expectations.  

You will need to be able to work at a fast pace and love a busy, ever-changing environment.  They are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, innovate and be open to trying new things.
