Description
- Supervise the Accounting & Finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations
- Review and manage accounts, financial statements, and tax data
- Participate in strategic planning, budget development, and workforce planning
- Implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports to management
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the company's financial regulations and best practices
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant Manager should have:
- A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) or qualified by experience
- Proficiency in financial software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Superb analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Caseware is preferable but not essential
- Solicitors Accounts rules experience is preferable but not essential
