What you’ll do:

• Create and maintain accurate supplier accounts
• Verify and balance financial records for income sources and retail transactions
• Process invoices and update purchase orders, ensuring all reconciliations are completed
• Confirm payments and allocate them correctly to cost centres
• Reconcile income streams and retail transactions
• Resolve any supplier queries and address goods-in discrepancies
• Manage and process staff expense claims
• Provide accurate financial data to support year-end audits

The perfect candidate will be an experienced Accounts Assistant, bringing at least two years of expertise and a deep understanding of the full purchase ledger process, including managing high-volume reconciliations across multiple income streams.
