About the Role:

I am delighted to be supporting a leading non for profit organisation in Monmouthshire recruit a Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic financial planning and management.
• Financial reporting and analysis.
• Budget development and control.
• Treasury management and risk mitigation.
• Team leadership and development.
• Compliance with all relevant regulations.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary (circa £70,000 - £80,000 per annum).
