Mortgage Adviser

• Fully remote
• £4-9K commission each month
• Pre-qualified leads booked into your diary

*What's on offer:**

*Fully remote
*£100k+ OTE
* Basic salary up to £40,000+(DoE)
* Uncapped commission 
*Current advisers are making 4-9k a month in commission 
* Pre-qualified leads that are booked straight into your diary
 *FULL admin support
 
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market
* Meet and exceed performance targets
* Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business
* Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
 
**Requirements:**

*Writing 12-15 mortgages a month
*Hungry for business
*Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
* At least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience
* Preferred but not mandatory- experience with specialist lending
* Driven & motivated by success
* Ambitious and self-motivated
*Resilient, detail oriented and determined
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
