Data Architect / Modeller

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect / Data Modeler to lead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge data model based on our Intercom data. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data engineers, and business analysts, to create a scalable foundation for analytics, reporting, and business success.

�? Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document Intercom data structures, including conversations, user profiles, events, and tags.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models tailored to our business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data models with reporting and analytics requirements.
• Produce detailed documentation, including ERDs, data dictionaries, and schema definitions.
• (Bonus!) Support implementation and validate data quality post-integration.

?? What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in Intercom's data structure is a MUST!
• Strong skills in data modeling and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud databases (BigQuery preferred).
• Familiarity with data modeling tools like dbt (a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
