Project Manager opportunity working on an exciting refurbishment in the Sheffield region

This opportunity as a Project Manager is with a Leading Tier 1 main contractor. Reporting to a Operations Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

• Substructures through to interior fit out to handover
• Responsible for managing a full site team
• Chairing subcontractor meetings
• Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
• Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.

• Proven Track record as a Project Manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Office/commercial Fitout and refurbishment schemes.
• Experience Working with tier 1 contractors
• Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
• CSCS Black
• NVQ level 6
• Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.

• Up to £80k base £5k car allowance
• Pension
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
