Finance Manager

Finance Manager | £50k-£60k | Maidstone

We are delighted to be working exclusively with our privately-owned client who are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to their growing team as the business grows and increases it's industry presence. They are a company that prides themselves on having a fantastic reputation and are looking for someone who is commercially minded who can build strong relationships within the business.

Key Duties for this role include-

• Monitoring the day to day financial operations for the business
• Provide quality management information for the senior leadership team
• Preparation and review of monthly management reports and provision of commentary
• Balance and bank reconciliations
• Train and mentor junior members of the team
• Support the business with their plans for growth

The ideal candidate will -

• Be fully qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be commercially minded and thrive in an organisation that is growing
• Be able to build strong business relationships
