School Business Manager

My client is a well respected school based in Kilburn.  Offering an immediate start an experienced School Business Manager is required to lead on the schools finance and support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of the school, including budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage all aspects of the school's administrative and support functions, ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead and manage a small team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as required.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the school's operations.
• Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Oversee the management of the school's premises and facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in education finance and management, and apply best practices to enhance the school's performance.

This is an interim position to run for some months, but very much with a permanent opportunity available, should that work for all parties.  Applications are welcomed from candidates with relevant School Business management experience or perhaps from public sector or local authority positions where there was a focus on finance and budget management.
