Audit Partner

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding practice who've seen recent 40% YOY growth and have huge expansion plans in the UK. They're seeking an Audit Partner in a newly created position to help drive their strategic growth plan and provide a Partnership opportunity for someone who’s either at Partner level currently or at Director level within a Big4/Top10/Top50 firm, who'd be keen to move onto the next level. Ideally they’re looking for someone who currently holds RI status, though there is a possibility to consider candidates who are very nearly so.

The organisation is a highly respected business founded in the US who've moved into the UK market a few years ago, and are looking to continue on their positive growth trajectory through hiring this new Audit Partner to work alongside the sole current AP. Their focus is in the mid-market area - particularly (though not exclusively) in the Tech/FinTech space - working with clients from pre-seed/startup stage, up to c£100m T/O.

The ideal candidate will have a background working with clients in the Tech/FinTech area at SME or mid-market level who currently holds RI status, though there is a possibility to consider candidates who are in the process of becoming an RI or have a clear path to doing so.

They are based in glamorous offices in Central London and have a hybrid work policy, with a remuneration package consisting of a base within the £150-200,000 base range DOE & RI status, with potential profit share of up to x2/x3 of salary dependant on results.
