• Lead the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Deliver financial analysis, including dashboards, month-end reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor and report on variances to budget and initiative delivery plans.
• Provide training to operational teams on business reporting and KPIs.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with operational teams.
• Attend client finance meetings and address contract-related financial issues.
• Reconcile payroll forecasts, manage balance sheet risks, and escalate as necessary.

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in financial control and business partnering
