Due to growth we have a superb opportunity availability to join a top tier company in an IT Support role for their advanced internal users. The focus of this role is to be part of the team that supports the c150 users based in the UK. We are seeking a high quality individual who has is focused on & enjoys supporting users and gets satisfaction from providing a first class service. You will have a degree / university level of academic achievement, it is not essential for your degree to be in an IT based discipline. You will have some commercial experience of providing IT support to at least a 2nd Line level in a professional organisation. You will be a polished communicator, you will like to take a proactive approach to getting to know the users / building relationships with them and look to add value to how they are using their IT kit and applications. You will be happy supporting the users in person and remotely.
Technology wise the essential skills are Microsoft centric and include: Windows OS, AD, Entra ID / Azure AD, some Windows Server, Mobile Device Management (MDM), InTune and AutoPilot exposure. Good skills with setting up PCs, Laptops, and Mobiles is required.
Desirable skills include: MAC, Linux (Ubuntu), networking, Cloud computing, virtualisation.
This role is office based in Weybridge.
