Customer Service Administrator – Supportive Care

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm
We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is deeply committed to providing empathetic support and service to join our client's team based in Welwyn Garden City. You will play a key role in a team that prioritises care and understanding in every customer interaction.
The Role: - Manage outbound calls to arrange servicing or repairs, ensuring customer needs are met with compassion.
- Efficiently coordinate logistics, respond to emails, and handle paperwork with precision and empathy.
- Uphold data integrity with systems, focusing on confidentiality and meticulousness.
- Office based role with free parking
