We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of our international sales team. Job Opportunity What you will be doing…
- Map, develop, and implement sales processes for international operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead the migration from SAP to NetSuite.
- Integrate UK and French businesses into Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring global alignment.
- Manage UK and international sales order creation processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee international Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs) and ensure compliance with regional requirements.
- Optimise processes, ensure financial accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, improve forecasts, and inform strategic decisions.
- Generate actionable insights and create stakeholder reports to track sales performance and opportunities.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement automation tools to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement.
- Partner with international marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with organisational objectives.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments to support global sales initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support sales representatives and operations specialists through training and development programs.
- Lead onboarding efforts for new hires, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
- Collaborate on the development of sales incentive programs aligned with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging sales tools and technologies to improve team performance.
Essential Skills What you need to have…
- Proven experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC) and ERP tools like NetSuite.
- Expertise in mapping, documenting, and optimising sales processes.
- Ability to create efficient processes, support sales teams, and align operations with strategic objectives.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve processes.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale system migrations and integrations.
- Previous experience in sales operations in an international setting is a plus.
- Experience in managing others, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Flexibility to navigate changes, whether due to market conditions, company priorities, or technology updates.
- Can Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising sales effectiveness.
- Ability to generate and interpret financial reports. To evaluate the financial impact of sales initiatives or process changes.
