Warehouse Operatives (Night Shift, Temp To Perm)

Are you a hardworking individual looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client's team on a night shift basis. With the opportunity for a temp to perm contract, this position offers stability and growth potential for the right candidate.

What's in it for you?

- Competitive hourly rate: £13ph + time and a half overtime after 45 hrs

- Temp to perm contract: Secure long-term employment

- Night shift schedule: 6pm-6am x3 30 mins breaks x2 paid x1 unpaid

- 4 on 4 off working pattern: Consistent schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Efficiently use Zebra barcode scanners to track inventory
Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse

Requirements:

Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role
PPT experience (Preferred)
Familiarity with Zebra barcode scanners (Preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
