Description

Temporary Payroll Manager

  • Responsible for the processing and the management of end to end payroll for approx. 600 employees
  • Calculations of payroll adjustments such as SSP, SMP, Overtime etc.
  • First point of escalation for all payroll queries from HR, Finance and the employees
  • Ensuring company compliance is met
  • Prepare all necessary information for external and internal audits
  • Preparation of monthly payroll journals
  • Work towards continual process improvement

Profile

Temporary Payroll Manager

  • Immediately available or on short notice (this is an interim to permanent position)
  • Comfortable operating within a lean team as well as sole payroll ownership
  • End to end payroll exposure within a monthly as well as weekly environment
  • Happy to handle pension and payroll queries from all departments
  • Able to commute everyday to the office (Camberley, Surrey)
