Description
Temporary Payroll Manager
- Responsible for the processing and the management of end to end payroll for approx. 600 employees
- Calculations of payroll adjustments such as SSP, SMP, Overtime etc.
- First point of escalation for all payroll queries from HR, Finance and the employees
- Ensuring company compliance is met
- Prepare all necessary information for external and internal audits
- Preparation of monthly payroll journals
- Work towards continual process improvement
Profile
Temporary Payroll Manager
- Immediately available or on short notice (this is an interim to permanent position)
- Comfortable operating within a lean team as well as sole payroll ownership
- End to end payroll exposure within a monthly as well as weekly environment
- Happy to handle pension and payroll queries from all departments
- Able to commute everyday to the office (Camberley, Surrey)
