SOC Manager

A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for a SOC Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for the effective delivery and resilience of the on-premise service
• Working directly with the Head of Cyber Security
• Being accountable for continuous improvement and maturity of the threat protection capabilities
• Managing and leading the SOC team
• Helping to grow the cyber security team
• Working with key stakeholders globally

The Successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Deep understanding of SIEM technologies
• Experience with Authentication, Internet Policy Enforcement and Firewall.
• Experience with SOC automation deployment
• Familiarity with security policies
• Ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience presenting to various audiences
