In this role, you’ll take charge of the full software development lifecycle, delivering impactful, innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire software development teams, including Power BI specialists.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation, alongside knowledge of Java and JEE technologies.
• Full SDLC Management: A track record of successfully managing software development projects from inception to deployment in complex environments.
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum project management principles and software engineering best practices.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to bridge technical concepts with business needs for stakeholders at all levels.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
