A rare opportunity to join one of the areas most successful independent estate agents as a Residential Sales Valuer.

Our client is looking for a super polished and experienced agent to join their established team in their flagship, high performing Ipswich office. You will need to be a very capable lister, ideally with experience of the Ipswich market or local surroundings.

You will be responsible for:

• Undertaking valuations
• Listing properties
• Leading and supporting the sales staff
• Running the branch efficiently alongside the Branch Manager

The ideal candidate:

• Estate Agency experience local to Ipswich
• Capable at valuing and listing homes
• A driven and positive individual

On offer for the right individual:

• A great basic salary ranging between £25,000 - £27,500
• OTE of £38,000 - $45,000 but potential to increase that number
• To be part of a very successful business with very low staff turnover
