Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and passionate chefs to join our vibrant teams across London. As a Chef, you will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations, high-quality food production, and adherence to food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
• Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, providing leadership in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Contribute to the development of new dishes and culinary techniques.
• Assist with inventory management and cost control to ensure effective budget management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food preparation.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to create exceptional dishes.

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
