Exciting opportunity for a person looking for a part time position for 3 days a week to start as soon as possible.

The daily duties will include:

  • Managing and organising the director’s diary.
  • Taking phone calls from new and existing clients.
  • Dealing with new and existing enquiries by email and phone.
  • Working on the company’s database to prepare the engineers workload for the day.
  • Liaising with engineers and other key stakeholders daily.
  • Providing all aspects of admin support for the team including scanning and preparation of all job documentation.

Ideally the candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes through previous roles:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in office administration/PA type role.
  • Some knowledge of fire & security (ideal but not essential).
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
  • Have high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate (training will be provided on the company’s in-house database).
  • Ability work as part of a team and on their own.
  • Have a positive attitude to help run jobs smoothly.

A proactive and hands on approach required with all aspects of work with a willingness to learn and develop knowledge.

Office is based with good transport links of Newbury Park underground station (central line) and Seven Kings which is on the Elizabeth Line. On site office parking available.

Hourly rate between £12.00 to £15.00 per hour (depending on experience).
