The ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistant will possess substantial post Part 2 experience and a strong ambition to advance their career. A proactive approach, excellent design skills, and technical expertise are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is highly advantageous.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Significant experience post Part 2 qualification
• Confidence to liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
• Work across all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
• Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Happy working independently and as part of a team
• Strong design and technical detailing abilities
• AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
