Meraki Talent are working with a UK wide Asset Management firm who are looking to appoint an Events Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team, supporting private client events and working closely with the Senior Events Manager to create a best-in-class sponsorship and events programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing the annual Sponsorship and Events calendar, bringing fresh ideas and insights.
- Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to deliver seamless events.
- Support at events, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring flawless execution.
- Monitor event feedback, track ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and regulatory compliance for all sponsorship and events.
What You’ll Bring: - Proven experience in corporate events, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Understanding of the needs and expectations of high net worth clients.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A creative flair with high attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
- A calm and confident approach under pressure, with a can-do attitude.
