Inbound Sales Team Leader

CCP are delighted to once again partner with a fantastic business as they continue to expand. They’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader who’ll be responsible for managing a team of Inbound Sales Advisors at their contact centre operation in Cardiff.  

About The Role  
We’re looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader who will manage a team of Inbound Sales Advisors. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. As such they have numerous opportunities for the right individuals to join their thriving business. The business is fast paced, dynamic, operate within a regulated environment and have a fantastic culture.  

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working in a Contact Centre Team Leader or Team Manager position within a sales environment, ideally with previous experience working within the financial services or insurance industry.  
 
Salary & Benefits  
This role is paying a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £50,000.  
 
Key Responsibilities  
- Coaching and development of staff
- 1-2-1’s and documented coaching
- Motivation and staff morale -
 Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions
- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s  
 
Logistics  
The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Cardiff and will move to Hybrid after 6 months,  Hours operate within a shift pattern, and the office operating hours are 8:30am to 8pm, with a Saturday or Sunday being worked every other week (day off in lieu).
